Each week, our team donates time and expertise to serve the local community through Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head, a free, volunteer-based medical clinic that provides compassionate care to the underserved in the Lowcountry.

What Is Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head?
Located on Hilton Head Island, Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) is a nonprofit clinic founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare - regardless of income or insurance status. Staffed almost entirely by volunteer physicians, nurses, and support staff, VIM offers a full range of medical services to those who live and work in Hilton Head but lack access to insurance.
How Revive Palmetto Gives Back
Revive Palmetto volunteers each Thursday at VIM Hilton Head, providing specialty care to patients who might otherwise not have access. We provide the following services:
Plastic Surgery – for reconstruction, scar revision, and other medically necessary procedures
ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) – Treatment for sinus conditions, infections, and other head and neck concerns
Dermatology – Care for skin conditions, screenings, and treatment of rashes, lesions, and more
General Surgical Services – Consultation and follow-up for surgical concerns
